Believing that Filipinos also deserve access to adequate training and resources to discover, develop, and display their artistic talents on U.S. soil, stage performer Miguel Braganza II devoted his time, energy, and resources into organizing what would become Tanghalang Pilipino, and later on, the Street of Dreams Project for the Arts Philippines, Inc.. These groups serve as clinics for dance and music performers for and by Filipino-Americans residing in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.

Conscious of his role as an exemplar to young Filipinos hoping to hone their talents in the arts, he is currently in the process of establishing a Library in the Park for the Filipino Youth, and a Center of the Arts in Dapitan, Zamboanga del Norte. These will serve as avenues to showcase the rich culture of the Philippines as well as a means for him to mentor talented young Filipinos who have no means to enroll in high-end schools for the performing arts in the big cities.
